As a photographer, sometimes it’s hard to set aside time for my own family portraits. On Sunday, we went to Upper Ojai for an impromptu session. Since it was a last minute decision, I put my camera on a tripod and set up it to do interval timer shooting for shots of the whole family.
I drive by Black Mountain Ranch in Upper Ojai whenever I drive down to Los Angeles and I always see these two beautiful trees. Well, recently, the light was perfect and the image just spoke out to me like never before. So, I had to stop and take a few pictures. These trees are like a married couple, together side by side in this journey through life.
