Los Angeles Portrait Photography: Angela’s Headshots

Angela needed new headshots for her theatrical portfolio, but she wanted them to be more relaxed and less glam than her previous photos. I met her at her loverly house in Studio City in the late afternoon. The light was very soft and nice for her relaxed portrait session. Here are a couple of my favorites.

I had the opportunity recently to do a photoshoot with model Rebecca Ashley and makeup artist Sara Malek. Although it was during the mid-afternoon, we were able to find a nice location in Westwood to do the shoot. It was a pleasure working with both of them – they were professional and on top of their jobs. It was a truly collaborative experience and I think the images turned out beautifully.

Los Angeles Engagement Photography: UCLA | Glen + Kelsey

Glen and Kelsey met at UCLA years ago. He saw her in class and approached her later, but although she seemed to not be interested, she continued to talk with him. Well, they’ve been together ever since and last November, they got engaged. Their wedding is coming up in early May so they were hoping to get some engagement photos before it’s get too crazy since they’re planning the wedding themselves.
